Nearly 90% of the deals that are presented are rejected, so you are only going to be offered the best deals we can find.

How do we make our money?
A business has to make profit. By working for sensible margins, and creating value for everyone we are able to help you get the most out of every pound you invest. Finders fee vary, and these will be clearly listed in each offer. Becuase of the speed that properties are offered out and then purchased by our savvy buyers it is no longer possible to list them here on the site. Instead we make our offers by email and phone, and if things have not sold they are no longer offered, so we don’t have an availability list. If you are on our email database then you will have the most up to date properties we are offering.

Our view is simple, if we help you get the right deal, then we’ll build and enjoy a long term mutually beneficial relationship with you in the years to come. And you will keep coming back, and recommend your family and friends for us to look after too.

We have a Platinum Members programme. Platinum members are individuals who understand the long terms benefits of property investing and who continue to buy. There is a one off fee of £499, follows by monthly payments of £199. For this you will get our hand selected properties 2 days before others, giving you time to decide on your purchase, do your due diligence etc. Should you decide to purchase £100 per property will be refunded at completion from the finders fee. Spaces are limited to just 25 people, and once full, new members will only be accepted in the event a client decides to cancel their membership.
